Comprehensive redesign of the casing for a portable gas analyzer, developed for the company gasN2 for quality control in the food industry. The main challenge was to transform a non-ergonomic device into a robust, non-slip, and impact-resistant tool, ensuring safe one-handed operation even when using gloves in high-humidity production environments.

The technical process involved detailed 3D modeling of fluid geometries to improve grip, the implementation of reinforced corners, and a sealed yet accessible battery compartment. Precision technical drawings were developed for the upper and lower casings, optimizing rounded surfaces to prevent dirt accumulation and comply with strict food safety and hygiene standards.
